What you'll do

• Monitor inventory records and transactions between the warehouse, scaling area, and production floor
• verify goods moving to and from production and document discrepancies
• handle and store goods and supplies appropriately, including allergen, cooler, dry, and freezer storage
• perform receiving, shipping, and put-away functions
• maintain accurate written records and system transactions
• keep the work area clean
• operate a forklift and pallet jack
• follow safety and food-safety policies.
