What you'll do

• Oversee a team of 5–7 hourly dock team members
• support the dock supervisor with daily tasks
• maintain a safe, secure, and productive work environment
• coordinate with other departments, shifts, and areas to support productivity
• promote safety, cleanliness, and organization of equipment and tools
• operate a sit-down forklift
• and perform other duties needed for cross-dock operations.
