Customer Experience Lead (CXL)

The Customer Experience Lead (CXL) role is onsite in Nashville, TN, with pay of $15.50–$17 per hour. The CXL leads assigned store shifts and serves as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent. The role exists to deliver the Fit2Run customer experience while supporting sales, team performance, and smooth store operations. It leads by example on the sales floor, coaches team members, and helps maintain store standards and product availability.

What you'll do

• Deliver the Fit2Run Fit process and demonstrate selling behaviors and product knowledge
• support team members in improving conversion and average transaction value
• address customer concerns and escalate when needed
• open and close the store
• delegate tasks and monitor floor coverage
• coach and support team members
• assist with onboarding and training
• maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation
• restock merchandise and organize inventory.
