What you'll do

• Deliver features and bug fixes end-to-end, including design and research for ambiguous requirements
• conduct code reviews
• make implementation trade-offs within existing schemas, HIPAA requirements, and production behavior
• troubleshoot across service boundaries
• evaluate AI-assisted tooling output
• contribute to React frontend work when needed
• collaborate with product owners, engineers, and UX designers.
