What you'll do

• Partner with leaders on workforce strategies and employee engagement
• support corporate functions including Sales, Finance, and IT
• analyze HR metrics
• lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives
• manage employee relations matters and investigations
• recommend and implement policy enhancements
• guide managers on performance and leadership development
• support talent processes, HRIS data integrity, and compliance
• collaborate with field HR, centers of excellence, and shared services.
