The mechanic performs aircraft sheet-metal and structural work to maintain and modify aircraft in accordance with approved technical data, supporting inspection quality and production schedules.

What you'll do

• Perform F-15E sheet-metal and structural maintenance
• fabricate, repair, modify, remove, and install structural components
• conduct drilling, cutting, forming, fitting, and fastening
• interpret technical orders, drawings, blueprints, and engineering documentation
• troubleshoot discrepancies
• inspect completed work
• use sheet-metal tools and precision measuring equipment
• maintain tool-control and foreign-object-debris prevention procedures
• complete maintenance documentation and coordinate technical issues with the site supervisor or lead mechanic.
