Registered Nurse (RN) - PRN

Utilizes the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care. Collaborates with resident, family, and interdisciplinary colleagues. Demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise. May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to assistive personnel.
