What you'll do

• Process and submit manufacturer warranty claims
• review repair orders and supporting information for completeness
• verify coverage and manufacturer requirements
• obtain missing documentation from Service Advisors and Technicians
• monitor rejected, returned, and unpaid claims and resubmit corrections
• follow up on claim status and receivables
• maintain warranty records
• handle warranty parts and documentation according to requirements
• assist with audits and discrepancies
• stay current on policy changes
• communicate with dealership teams and manufacturer representatives.
