What you'll do

• Partner with the CEO and executive team on enterprise decisions and performance
• design and implement the operating model
• oversee customer delivery from commercial handoff through renewal support
• work with Finance and service-line leaders on productivity, margins, utilization, costs, and working capital
• develop scalable processes, systems, automation, and reporting
• integrate quality, compliance, and risk management into operations
• develop operating leaders
• lead continuous improvement
• partner on technology enablement
• lead operational due diligence and post-acquisition integration.
