What you'll do

• Follow up on collections and returned payments
• contact delinquent loan customers and discuss payment arrangements
• record contacts in the collection system
• comply with collection and fair-credit reporting requirements
• prepare default notices and applicable FHA, VA, and PMI claims
• coordinate with lending units, credit bureaus, and financial organizations
• prepare management reports.
