Customer Service Representative, HVAC Call Center

What you'll do

• Handle inbound and outbound residential HVAC customer calls
• identify customer needs and convert qualified calls and leads into booked appointments
• address questions and objections
• follow call scripts and brand standards
• maintain customer, lead, and job information in the CRM
• support dispatch handoffs
• follow procedures for Google Local Services Ads leads
• track and route leads across locations
• participate in call reviews, coaching, and training.
