What you'll do

• Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries
• assist with accounting transactions for a second entity
• organize grant documents and invoices in SharePoint
• generate standard QuickBooks financial reports
• reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts
• assist with month-end and year-end closing
• support accounts payable, accounts receivable, audits, budgeting, financial compliance, and grant reporting.

Why this role
