Music Store Manager

Compensation is $19–$21 per year. The Music Store Manager role is an onsite position located in Lawrenceville, NJ. 00 - $21.00/hr plus bonus eligibility, supporting the store's sales and profit objectives. This role exists to manage day-to-day sales and operations, coach the sales team, and ensure excellent customer service standards. The manager contributes to the team by overseeing inventory, payroll, and recruiting while promoting the company's lesson program.

What you'll do

• Manage Sales team by coaching, counseling, advice, support, motivation
• Stay current on financial data, inventory, and other statistics
• Ensure products are available and displayed appropriately
• Oversee and manage payroll, recruiting, hiring and training of store employees
• Execute operational tasks related to institutional sales and rental services
• Promote the Music & Arts lesson program and assist teachers
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service.
