The Line Cook — Second Shift role is onsite in Tybee Island, GA. Pay is $17 per hour, and the schedule is 3:00 PM to close, approximately 11:30 PM. The cook supports evening back-of-house operations at a seafood restaurant. The role prepares seafood orders accurately and efficiently, communicates with the kitchen team, and maintains a clean workstation through service and closing. The back-of-house team works together to deliver fresh seafood during evening service.

What you'll do

• Boil and steam seafood according to kitchen procedures and order tickets
• prepare and organize the station for evening service
• communicate with cooks, expo, and other back-of-house team members
• maintain a clean and sanitary work area
• and assist with closing and station cleanup.
