What you'll do

• Work with closely held businesses on corporate, transactional, and general business matters
• draft, review, and negotiate contracts and business agreements
• assist with mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, transaction documents, and data room management
• support entity formation, governance documents, resolutions, compliance, and state filings
• handle real estate transaction documents such as deeds and leases
• manage client matters and relationships.
