Property Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Property Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Arlington, MA, with pay of $25–$29 per hour. The technician supports an apartment community in Boston’s Fenway for Peabody Properties. The role helps the Service Manager operate the property efficiently by responding to routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance needs. Work spans building systems, unit and common-area upkeep, grounds, and timely resolution of maintenance issues.

What you'll do

• Perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repairs
• maintain locks and keys
• complete basic carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs
• handle janitorial, grounds, snow removal, and cleaning duties
• maintain common areas and exterior grounds
• respond to maintenance issues in a timely manner.
