What you'll do

• Manage Division 8 projects from award to completion
• review drawings, specifications, and scope
• coordinate detailing, ordering, submittals, and lead times
• oversee vendors, procurement, and logistics
• serve as primary contact for general contractors, installers, vendors, and internal teams
• track budgets, margins, change orders, and profitability
• support takeoffs, estimating, and plan review
• maintain schedules, documentation, RFIs, and correspondence
• ensure timely, in-scope, on-budget delivery.
