What you'll do

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment and uphold company values and policies
• support opening preparations, including hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup and testing, scheduling, training, and opening and closing procedures
• capture photos and help guests choose souvenirs
• resolve customer concerns and service issues
• lead by example and reinforce procedures
• troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to IT or Local Management as needed
• assist the Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and administrative tasks.
