What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day banquet operations
• review Banquet Event Orders to determine staffing, setup, and service
• coordinate with Catering, Sales, Culinary, Housekeeping, and Engineering
• build client relationships
• supervise, train, and coach staff
• oversee setup, breakdown, and transitions
• manage scheduling, payroll, and labor efficiency
• control banquet inventory
• maintain event-space cleanliness and presentation
• coordinate with vendors and uphold hotel policies.
