Direct Support Professional, Meaningful Day Program

The Direct Support Professional, Meaningful Day Program role is onsite in Westminster, MD. Compensation is $22–$25 per hour. The role supports participants with intellectual and developmental disabilities in pursuing personal and professional growth.

What you'll do

• Support classroom-based educational activities, vocational skill building, and community integration
• provide direct care and supervision in day-program, job-site, and community settings
• coach workplace skills and independence
• implement behavior plans and collect goal data
• document service, medical, and behavioral information
• transport participants when applicable
• and attend scheduled meetings. Medication Technician Certification may be required depending on assignment.
