The position supports clients using MarketIntel, ACT, and related products. The role exists to help clients adopt and use the products effectively while maintaining strong account relationships. It combines onboarding, training, product support, account quality checks, and communication of client feedback to product and development teams.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary contact for MarketIntel, ACT, and related products
• manage client relationships
• support onboarding and offboarding
• conduct client training
• understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
• troubleshoot product issues
• audit account quality
• review reports
• document interactions in the CRM
• communicate with clients by phone, email, and virtual platforms
• and assist with data entry and account updates.
