What you'll do

• Follow charting and incident-reporting procedures
• follow procedures for narcotic counts, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction
• document changes in patient condition
• use the Quality Life Manual to identify, place, and monitor patients in appropriate programs
• notify departments of room changes, leaves of absence, admissions, and discharges
• make physician rounds when necessary.
