The Assistant Project Manager, Renewable Energy role is onsite in Denver, CO. Compensation is $65,000–$80,000 per year. The role supports SolRiver Capital’s national portfolio of utility-scale clean energy projects. The role exists to help manage the construction and operation of solar and storage projects. It coordinates contractors and project parties, monitors performance and compliance, and supports delivery against project objectives and contractual requirements.

What you'll do

• Manage contractors’ compliance with technical requirements, contractual procedures, and regulations
• review plans and specifications against contracts
• serve as a primary contact for EPCs, suppliers, and property owners
• prepare and circulate requests for proposals
• review and approve change orders, pay applications, and lien waivers
• monitor project operational performance
• produce performance reports
• maintain relationships with contract parties.
