What you'll do

• Advise public agencies on contracting and procurement
• draft, review, and negotiate agency agreements
• handle litigation involving public works and construction projects
• address disputes involving delays, differing site conditions, defective work, and surety bond claims
• advise on California Public Records Act compliance
• research and draft legal documents
• and provide practical guidance to public agency clients.
