What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and evaluate department heads
• oversee intake and sales performance metrics and HubSpot pipeline discipline
• partner with Finance on processes, systems, and reporting
• align marketing lead volume with intake capacity
• address billing and collections bottlenecks
• oversee hiring, retention, onboarding, and administrative procedures
• own the executive scorecard and present monthly performance and corrective actions to the Owner/Managing Partner.
