What you'll do

• Serve as functional subject matter expert for PeopleSoft FSCM Purchasing and Contracts
• configure and support procurement processes
• resolve issues and provide production support
• coordinate functional, user acceptance, and regression testing and release management
• monitor batch jobs
• create and review functional design documents
• support integrations
• provide Tier 2 application support
• gather requirements
• participate in disaster recovery testing, incident management, and audits
• coordinate statewide fiscal year-end activities
• deliver training and documentation
• ensure solutions comply with WCAG 2.1
• follow ITIL practices.
