The Direct Support Professional (DSP), Residential Care role is onsite in Henrico, VA; compensation is not specified. The DSP provides hands-on assistance, instruction, and guidance while implementing individual plans, goals, and objectives and supporting participants’ daily activities, rights, and well-being.

What you'll do

• Supervise and implement individual service plan goals
• assist with daily living and independent living skills
• provide self-care support as needed
• document services
• support community outings and transportation
• administer medication
• prepare meals
• teach community strategies
• perform crisis intervention as needed
• complete assigned cleaning and maintenance.
