What you'll do

• Provide customer service to visitors, members, staff, and vendors
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, parking, entrances, and perimeter
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations
• notify appropriate personnel
• complete daily activity reports and incident documentation.
