What you'll do

• Partner with operational and engineering leaders on machine-learning roadmaps
• design, deploy, and maintain production models for customer segmentation, churn mitigation, and lifetime value optimization
• engineer LLM-assisted transcript analysis and compliance auditing workflows
• build automated data science pipelines
• use AI developer tools and monitoring frameworks to improve training and deployment
• translate model outputs into dashboards and recommendations. Requires a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and at least four years of data science and applied machine-learning experience, including Python, Scala, SQL, machine-learning libraries, cloud data platforms, and unstructured data processing.
