Senior Concessions Manager

The Senior Concessions Manager is an onsite management position located at Fenway Park in Boston, MA. The salary range for this position is $75,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year. This role exists to oversee the day-to-day functions of the concession operation, reporting to the Division Manager of Concessions, and ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service for guests.

What you'll do

• Use Aramark's coaching model to engage and develop team members
• Reward and recognize employees
• Ensure individual and team performance meets objectives
• Plan and lead daily team briefings
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards
• Identify client needs and communicate operational progress
• Ensure the completion and maintenance of P&L statements
• Deliver financial targets
• Adopt all Aramark processes and systems
• Supervise Concessions team regarding production, quality and control.
