Clinical Program Coordinator

Organizes and coordinates the activities and flow of work for the Program. Participates on multidisciplinary teams to collaboratively address program development, problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, regulatory compliance, and systems/performance/outcomes measures. Facilitates the development, implementation, and evaluation of program services, practice standards, and in
