Project Accountant

The Project Accountant works onsite in Yorba Linda, CA, on a Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule. Compensation is $85,000–$110,000 per year. What you'll do

• Manage monthly WIP reconciliations and accounting adjustments
• review project costs, billings, estimated costs to complete, and profitability
• analyze job cost variances
• resolve discrepancies with the general ledger
• support month-end close and project reporting
• monitor margins and trends
• assist with purchasing and vendor coordination
• maintain project and fixed-asset schedules
• support cost allocations, inventory, production cost, budgeting, forecasting, dashboards, process improvements, and ERP enhancements.
