What you'll do
- Lead pilot-scale engineering programs for rare earth separation and metallization from development through production handoff. Set priorities, schedules, milestones, and resource plans
- coordinate across research and development, engineering, operations, manufacturing, vendors, and partners
- establish operating procedures and documentation
- oversee pilot equipment design, modification, commissioning, and improvement
- lead pilot campaigns
- address project risks and constraints
- translate results into scale-up recommendations
- and develop the pilot engineering team.
