The Technical Project Manager I role is onsite in Greenville, SC. Compensation is $32–$38 per hour. The role supports industrialization and manufacturing-readiness projects for a Fortune 500 energy and industrial technology company. The project manager coordinates schedules, resources, and interdependencies across technical and support teams, guiding projects from machine installation through operational readiness. The work provides schedule visibility, manages risks and resource conflicts, and supports a disciplined transition from project execution to production ownership.

What you'll do

• Lead concurrent industrialization projects, including line modifications and new line installations
• integrate complex schedules into a master plan and manage critical-path dependencies
• build and maintain Smartsheet architectures, workflows, and dashboards
• coordinate machine startup, process development, programming, tooling, fixtures, and qualification
• align engineering deliverables with manufacturing readiness
• coordinate cross-functional teams
• manage resource bottlenecks, procurement timing, and supplier schedule changes
• facilitate status reviews and issue escalation.
