What you'll do

• Develop and maintain implementation work plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables
• coordinate activities with OCHIN, internal departments, and external partners
• monitor progress, dependencies, risks, and barriers
• maintain project documentation and status reports
• facilitate meetings and cross-functional communication
• coordinate workflow reviews, user acceptance testing, training, go-live preparation, and stabilization
• document issues and resolutions
• support post-implementation evaluation and project closeout.
