What you'll do
- Support federal HR operations under OPM policies, Title 5 regulations, and agency guidelines
- assist with personnel actions, SF-52s, position descriptions, and classification documentation
- support staffing initiatives and prepare HR correspondence and reports
- coordinate onboarding and offboarding
- maintain personnel files
- support leave audits, timekeeping verification, and workforce reporting
- assist with awards and recognition
- draft correspondence and briefings
- respond to routine inquiries
- maintain trackers
- provide calendar, meeting, training, and asset-inventory support.

Why this role
Requires a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field; at least three years of federal HR support experience; U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a client-agency background investigation. DHS clearance with CBP or ICE is preferred.
