What you'll do

• Deliver program services including outreach, intake and enrollment, stabilization, education and training, employment placement, advancement, follow-up, and grant closeout
• manage participant expenditures and payments in accordance with grant requirements
• develop individual career and financial plans
• provide job-readiness and related training
• coordinate with employers, training programs, courts, and community partners
• manage a caseload of up to 30 participants
• conduct VI-SPDAT assessments and coordinate supportive services
• and track program outcomes and reporting.
