What you'll do

• Perform building repairs and daily property upkeep, including work orders
• maintain grounds as assigned
• prepare vacant units for occupancy, which may include cleaning
• install, repair, and maintain plumbing, heating, and air-conditioning fixtures
• repair appliances
• troubleshoot issues and test repairs
• provide emergency or unscheduled repairs as needed
• complete minor plumbing and hardware work orders
• provide courteous customer service
• provide direction and maintenance training to team members as necessary.
