What you'll do

• Set and model club culture
• develop a co-leader
• run team meetings and recognize achievements
• own membership goals and plans
• lead tours and coach lead follow-up
• drive retention and promotions
• recruit, hire, onboard, train, and coach staff
• build schedules within labor budgets
• manage revenue, labor, and expense goals
• track and present KPIs
• maintain member experience, cleanliness, safety, equipment, and operating procedures.
