What you'll do

• Assist with branch and staff development and customer service goals
• support staffing, training, performance reviews, and career development
• oversee day-to-day operations, self-audits, budgets, meetings, and compliance
• open and close deposit and retirement accounts
• review accounts and teller transactions beyond staff authority
• provide teller services
• resolve complex customer issues
• assign duties and develop work schedules
• complete required compliance training and follow applicable laws and policies.
