What you'll do

• Conduct quality testing from target setting and design definition through prototype and pre-production vehicle testing
• establish component targets and specifications to reduce sensitivity to brake rotor wear, imbalance, pull, wander, torque steer, and vehicle shake
• develop critical components to meet ride, steering, handling, and tire objectives
• lead associated CAE/virtual analysis
• optimize vehicle architecture variants and suspension/steering subsystem kinematics and compliance
• perform subjective driving evaluations.
