What you'll do

• Check in incoming and outgoing drivers and confirm door assignments
• prepare unloading tallies
• record driver arrival and departure times in CAM
• close outbound shipments and send bills of lading to the customer
• close inbound orders and provide paperwork to drivers
• answer phones and schedule appointments
• activate or inactivate lot codes
• adjust receiving tickets
• perform additional office duties as needed.
