The Manager of Strategy and Business Development is an onsite role based in Grand Prairie, TX. The salary range for this position is $123,800.00 to $170,300.00 per year. This role supports the executive leadership team at Lifespace Communities, a nonprofit senior living organization. This role is responsible for driving enterprise strategy and evaluating growth opportunities. The Manager will partner with senior leaders across Finance, Operations, and Technology to build financial models, support M&A activities, and lead strategic initiatives that shape the long-term performance of the organization.

What you'll do

• Lead strategic projects from concept to execution.
• Build complex financial models for M&A, joint ventures, and new business ventures.
• Support due diligence across financial and operational workstreams.
• Conduct market sizing and competitive analysis.
• Facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams.
