What you'll do

• Supervise tellers and schedule daily teller activities
• assist with customer transactions
• troubleshoot teller-line issues and correct errors
• train and coach tellers
• maintain compliance logs and records
• verify vault totals and cash levels
• order and verify cash
• complete daily ATM settlement and teller cash-drawer audits
• serve customers and cross-sell products
• open accounts or process loan applications and payoffs as required
• provide backup to branch managers
• perform branch security and opening/closing functions.
