What you'll do

• Guide daily vocational and therapeutic activities
• teach and demonstrate tasks
• provide structure, encouragement, and supervision
• adapt activities to different skill levels
• support personal and daily living needs when required
• assist with warehouse-related activities
• and encourage participation and independence.
