What you'll do
- Lead and guide plant Lean initiatives and process projects
- coordinate improvement initiatives and train associates to eliminate waste
- support Lean principles and methods across functions
- lead Kaizen events
- develop and regulate the Lean Road Map
- support change management and sustained implementation
- recommend operational improvements related to material control, product quality, and customer service
- measure and report progress.
