What you'll do

• Lead estimating and preconstruction
• drive bid strategy, pricing quality, and backlog discipline
• partner with Operations, Project Management, and Business Development
• develop estimating standards, tools, and scalable processes
• mentor estimators and preconstruction staff
• provide leadership insight on market trends, risk, and opportunity selection
• improve estimating systems, cost databases, and operational alignment.
