What you'll do

• Manage preconstruction from conceptual budgeting through final bid preparation
• coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients on project scope
• prepare labor, material, and equipment estimates and perform quantity take-offs
• lead bid meetings, subcontractor buyout, and proposal preparation
• support value engineering, risk mitigation, client relationships, and transition of estimates to execution teams.
