What you'll do

• Establish and improve telecom expense processes
• analyze carrier invoices, usage, and vendor reports
• identify billing discrepancies and savings opportunities
• reconcile mobile device records
• monitor vendor spending and budgets
• prepare forecasts, reports, presentations, and Power BI dashboards
• support procurement, automation, and process improvements
• communicate findings to leadership.
