What you'll do

• Manage project lifecycle, documentation, schedules, and subcontractor coordination
• maintain budgets, cost-to-complete tracking, WIP reports, and profit projections
• process owner pay applications and manage vendor and subcontractor invoicing
• manage schedules and change orders
• oversee quantity takeoffs and project documentation
• coordinate with field leadership
• conduct site visits for quality, safety, and specification compliance
• serve as primary contact for owners, general contractors, and stakeholders
• participate in bid and estimate reviews as required.
